The apartments
There are three apartments
with a sober homy touch, permitting a practical and easy life, furnished with
harmonious colours and contemporary paintings. Each apartment is unique and
fascinating in its own way. Each has its own heating system and windows with
shutters and mosquito nets. There's a laundry under the stairs that can be used
by the costumers for a modest price.
The Poppy Apartment
80 m2 – 4 beds, 1 bathroom
The apartment is on the
first floor and has kept the original intimacy of a country house with the
classical wooden beams visible in the roof. There are the two bedrooms, a
living room and one bathroom. In the big, cheerful, living room made up of a
relaxing corner with a Tv, and the is a kitchen
corner composed of a gas stove set, a big electrical oven, a fridge with
freezer. Exiting the main door you enter a comfortable porch from which one has
a wonderful sight of the fields surrounding the historical villa of the Savini
family and the Appennini mountains in the background
with their highest peak: The big horn of the Gran Sasso D'Italia, 2.912m/9800 feet.

The Chicory Apartment
70 m2 – 4 beds, 1 bathroom
The second apartment on the first floor has been adapted for physically impaired people. The original barn of the country house has tall ceilings and the classical divisory brick walls, with the typical arches. The apartment has two bedrooms; one larger to the north-east and the other one smaller to the east and an ample bathroom with a shower. The living room is composed by a kitchen corner, containing a gas stove set, a big electrical oven, a fridge with freezer, and a T.V. area. The small porch is pointed south.

The Mallow Apartment
80 m2 – 4 beds + 1 sofa bed,
1 bathroom
The third apartment is
situated on the second floor and has an all around view of the landscape from
mountain to sea. You can admire the fields, and the cultivated hills, typical
of the Teramo region. There are two double bed rooms, one pointing to the
south-west and the other to the North-West. Each has two windows that makes the rooms full of light. Between the two bedrooms
there is a bathroom with a shower. In the large living room there is a
comfortable working corner with a nice desk in front of a window with the view
on the quiet hill landscape. A bookshelf makes this a perfect place to work or
study. There is the kitchen desk with a gas stove set, a big electrical oven, a
fridge with freezer. A T.V. and a couch that can become a bed
for occasional guests. A delicious porch atop the staircase leads into
the apartment.

The Crumb Apartment
50 m2 - 2 beds, 1 bathroom
The fourth
apartment on the ground floor has been adapted for physically impaired people.
The original barn of the country house has tall ceilings and the classical brick
walls. The apartment has one big room with double bed, a small writing table, a
kitchen corner with en electric stove set, a fridge with freezer; and an ample
bathroom with a shower.. The small entrance hall leads
to a large porch pointed south.
